About Andria
My passion for real estate began in childhood as I watched my mother—an experienced, dedicated Realtor—help families sell their homes and find their dream homes. Her love, care, and commitment to her clients left a lasting impression on me and inspired me to follow in her footsteps.
Over 22 years ago, after a rewarding career in home childcare that allowed me to care for my sons and many wonderful children, I began my own journey in real estate. Through every market shift and challenge, one thing has remained constant—my heartfelt desire to love, care for, and serve my clients as I would my own family.
My top priority is always my clients’ happiness. I take the time to truly listen to their goals, needs, and dreams so we can achieve the best possible outcome together. I strive to make every real estate experience—whether buying or selling—fun, smooth, and stress-free.
Monterey County has been home since I graduated from Monte Vista Christian High School in 1981. I’ve enjoyed building a beautiful life here with my husband—my best friend and love of over 43 years. Together, we’re blessed with two wonderful sons, two amazing daughters-in-law, three energetic grandsons, and one darling granddaughter.
When I’m not assiting clients, you’ll find me voluntering at Hidden Hills Ranch, running food drives, local animals shelter drives, Veteran coat drives, and helping gather toys for Toys for Tots. We also love exploring California, attending sporting events and enjoying backyard BBQs with family and friends.
